REFUND POLICY

At Cookie Charm Bakery LLC, we take pride in the freshness and quality of our cookies. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.

Exceptions: Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is:

  • Incorrect (wrong items)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us through our Contact page with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

We will review your claim and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds Not Provided For:

  • Taste or texture preferences

  • Packages returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather

  • Items left unattended after delivery
